For working needs, I sit in front of PC 8 hours a day and last for more 14 years. Because of long-term sitting, I have problems with my spine and lumbar spine.

I can hardly fall asleep every day. My hair has turned white. The facial muscles are loose and old. At one time, I had the idea that I couldn't live.
I thought that the child was still young and she needed her mother, so I kept insisting. Later one day, a friend said that there was a good hospital and asked me to try it. I chose the Department of Traditional Chinese Medicine. After checking the resumes of all doctors, I chose a doctor and registered.
I arrived at the hospital on time. The doctor had a general understanding of the situation and my pain. He prescribed Chinese medicine and arranged a week of physical therapy. I did as the doctor asked. After a week, the effect was really good. My waist pain was gone and I could sleep well. Although he cured my waist pain, the doctor suggested that I take medicine for conditioning later. Years of illness caused lesions in other organs.
Later, I took medicine for a period of time according to his advice and had cervical spine treatment. I started working again after the Chinese New Year this year.
